The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is here! I’m not typically a Nordstrom shopper, it’s usually out of my preferred budget. But if you followed along my Closet Staple Items posts, I shared that sometimes it’s wise to invest a bit more in high quality staple items. Now is the time to do so at a discounted price!
I’ve put together a list of some of the most popular items of the sale- many of these are repeats from previous years that sold out quickly.
The Anniversary early access sale begins today for Nordstrom Card Holders. If you want to snag some of the more popular items, I’d recommend getting a card. You can apply at anytime and they will send you a card number so you can shop right away. In previous years, by the time the public sale went live, many of the items were sold out. I’ve heard that they are working to restock better this year, so we’ll see!
Nordstrom Cardholders Early Access Sale: July 12-18
Anniversary Sale: July 19-Aug 4
I receive a very small commission when you shop through my links. I so appreciate your support and thoughtfulness! For those of you shopping from your phone: if you have the Nordstrom app, when you click on one of my links, it will automatically bring it up in your Nordstrom app. Unfortunately, I do not receive credit for the purchases through the app. Some readers have disabled their Nordstrom app for the sale or click out of the app and open in their web browser instead. It’s annoying, and obviously shop in whatever way is most convenient for you, but I just thought I’d give you a heads up!
Free shipping+free returns
One thing I love about this sale is the free shipping and the easy free returns. They put a return label in your package so you can try it and send it back if it doesn’t work for you!
One last thing: I know we all want to be wise stewards of our money. I appreciated another blogger (pinterestingplans), who mentioned this and I think it’s so important to keep in mind in the midst of the sale craze: If getting a credit card will be a temptation for you to spend beyond your means and go into debt, I encourage you to consider not getting the card. No outfit is worth going in to debt over!
I will update this post when the sale goes public for items still in stock for those that would prefer to not use the Nordstrom credit card.
